Our dining room can accommodate about 30 people (seated) with tables and chairs. We are open year-round.It features a large, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, cold storage room, 90-cm stove, range hood, and a 13-place-setting dishwasher) with all the necessary equipment: tableware for 40 place settings and utensils for cooking and serving meals to your guests, as well as cleaning supplies (dish towels, brooms, and vacuum cleaners). This room, along with the ground-floor bedroom and its bathroom and toilet, is accessible to people with limited mobility and has been certified by “Tourisme et Handicap.”
The courtyard, which is also accessible, can accommodate about a dozen cars.
There is also a small green area with a swing for children, as well as a covered patio with tables, chairs, and a barbecue that serves as a smoking area.
The entire cottage comprises 3 areas, including 3 bathrooms with toilets, 3 kitchens, and 5 sleeping areas:
14 sleeping spots and a crib.
Our beds (pillows and mattresses) are protected and all equipped with comforters and blankets.
The cottage has internet access via powerline/Wi-Fi.

Located in the Orne department, between Alençon, Le Mêle-sur-Sarthe, and Sées, on the edge of the Perche region and the Bourse Forest, and right next to the “Paris/Le Mont-Saint-Michel” greenway, our accommodations are part of an organic livestock farm.
The guesthouse section is accessible on the ground floor for people with limited mobility. This accessibility is certified by Tourisme & Handicap.
The nearest train station is 11 km away, a 10-minute drive, or connected to our property via the greenway on foot or by bike.
The farmyard can accommodate about twenty vehicles or buses.

LA FERME D'HAUTERIVE
Our cottage features three separate areas, including a beautiful reception room that can accommodate 30 people and offers sleeping accommodations. Each area of our cottage has its own bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. Ideal for extended vacations or long weekends with family or friends. The ground floor is certified “Tourism and Disability.” Concerts on the farm.
In addition, there are 4 guest rooms that can accommodate up to 15 additional guests.
The property is ideal for family gatherings, with an additional game room or party space.
Territory description
Equidistant (12 km) from Alençon, Le Mêle sur Sarthe and Sées, the accommodation is in the old farmhouse. We're 180 km from Paris, 210 km from Rennes, 240 km from Nantes, 110 km from Caen, 100 km from Laval and 65 km from Le Mans, and very close to the voir verte from Condé Sur Huisne to Alençon.
