In short
Description
As the granddaughter of a farmer, I've been immersed in the world of agriculture since my earliest childhood, surrounded by animals. I've always dreamed of being a farmer. It was after several experiences in different professional environments, with different responsibilities, that I decided to take the plunge. The dream of living on my own farm, for myself, my family and my beliefs.
The dream of living off the land, working with my hands, sharing quality products and know-how.
The goat was an obvious choice. Docile, affectionate and endearing, they've always fascinated me.
I've decided to go into goat breeding and cheese-making!
For the diversity and quality of the milk, but also to safeguard the breed, I chose to build up a herd of 2 breeds: the "Chèvre Poitevine" and the "Chèvre des Fossés". These breeds are also adapted to the climatic conditions of Normandy.
So as not to relocate my family, to make the most of my opportunities and share my passion, I decided to set up in one of France's most beautiful villages in the heart of the Alpes Mancelles: "Saint Céneri le Gerei", where I sell my products on the farm and offer bed and breakfast accommodation.
In 2020, we bought this farm with Sébastien, my husband, Albin, Simon, our 2 children, and myself, Camille.
Everything had to be built: the goat barn, the cheese dairy, the B&B and the house... A vast construction site.
