Description
Our vacation rental is a country house with a fireplace, two large bedrooms (a third if there are more than 6 people), and a large, enclosed garden (with playground equipment, patio furniture, a barbecue, and a hammock). Nearby, you can explore our organic farm, meet our beautiful and friendly Normandy cows and the little calves... You can sample apple juice and fresh milk—a treat for young and old alike!

After a few years as a salaried employee, with lots of contacts, our new job as breeders, with a herd of dairy cows, meant we couldn't bring ourselves to isolate ourselves …

Our eco-responsible and farming commitments
The cottage is located near a farm that has been practicing organic farming since 1998. We do everything we can to minimize our impact on the environment and promote biodiversity.
We maintain a network of natural meadows and hedgerows,
Our animals graze as much as possible and eat only what we produce on the farm; we take good care of them
We maintain existing hedgerows and plant new ones.
All heating (for the guesthouse and our home) and domestic hot water production (for our home and the milking parlor) are powered by a wood chip boiler fueled by wood from our hedgerows. For the guesthouse, for simplicity’s sake regarding sanitation and administrative procedures, we use tap water.
We have been Enercoop customers for over 15 years,
The cleaning products provided are eco-friendly; we prioritize washable and reusable items (cloths rather than disposable sponges...)
