Territory description

A 17th-century stone house, restored using eco-friendly materials, located in the Baronnies Provençales Regional Park. Situated at an elevation of 1,000 meters, secluded in the heart of nature, accessible via a forest trail off the D26. Unspoiled wilderness. Quiet and pollution-free. 40 minutes from Serres, 1 hour and 15 minutes from Gap, Sisteron, Nyons, and Die.

Natural cooling provided by the high altitude, the trees surrounding the house, nearby springs and streams, the breeze, and—inside—the thick stone walls and vaulted ceilings.
