Description

David is at the stove, and he'll tell you all about the hours of the Terroir, the march of the seasons, and the time and care he takes to select and prepare products mainly from organic farming and breeding.

Accustomed to letting his imagination run wild, he has spent years in Provence and the Niçois hinterland, and his creations, enriched by his long experience in Brussels, reflect a spontaneous cuisine rich in flavors and unexpected combinations.

The emphasis is on vegetables and wild plants, preferably from the garden. And for almost 10 years now, you've been able to take part in the ritual of evening picking just before service!

O2 BUBBLE

Set in the unspoilt landscapes of the Cévennes, La Bulle d'O2 is part of a remarkable natural environment, characterized by deep forests, clear rivers and rich biodiversity. The area, which forms a large part of the Cévennes National Park, is renowned for its peace and quiet, its exceptional starry skies and its authenticity.

La Bulle d'O2 is first and foremost a human project, born of a desire to create a place to recharge one's batteries. Often the result of the renovation of an old building or a light installation respectful of the environment, it is part of an ecological and conscious approach.

The history of the site is marked by :

  • the enhancement of local heritage (stone, wood, Cévennes know-how),
  • a desire to get back to basics,
  • welcoming people in search of calm, reconnection or transition.

This type of place is in line with the trend towards eco-places and alternative habitats, where the emphasis is on simplicity, sobriety and a connection with nature.

The richness of Bulle d'O2 lies as much in its environment as in what it offers:

  • Unspoiled nature: wild fauna, Mediterranean and mountain flora.
  • A strong cultural heritage: Cévennes traditions, stone architecture, rural history.
  • Local gastronomy: chestnuts, cheeses, honey, artisanal products.
  • Outdoor activities: hiking, river swimming, sky-watching.
  • A place to recharge your batteries: ideal for slowing down and reconnecting with yourself.
