Michel was born near Nantes (Loire-Atlantique). Already at age 7 he wanted to be a shepherd. After his agricultural studies, at 20 Michel arrived in the Pyrénees Oriental where he worked with a shepherd to learn his profession.

CAMPING EL MANAU

We are retired sheep farmers, and we offer you our campsite near the river. You'll live close to nature in a yurt or tent. A warm family welcome, a place of wonder for children! Our sanitary facilities and summer kitchen are pleasant and well-equipped.

Territory description

Altitude 1000m. At the gateway to the Nohèdes nature reserve, on the banks of a small river, on a 4ha wooded estate. We're 15km from Prades (D26), 60km from the sea (Perpignan).
