Description

Gîte for 6 people in a traditional house facing the Pyrenees .

In the hamlet of Moulis, on the Plantaurel limestone range, with a view of the Pyrenees, Marco and Nicole welcome you to the "Treille" gîte, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet beside the pond lined with Sylvie's rosebushes, close to the mohair goat farm.

Viviane will take you for a ride in her horse-drawn carriage, and Thomas, the blacksmith, will show you his latest creations. Nicole will take you on a tour of the country basketry museum.

Numerous paths invite you to stroll through meadows and woods towards the dolmen and perhaps as far as the village of Mas d'Azil, where the Wednesday morning market is bustling with quality local produce.

Territory description

Altitude 600m. At the foot of the Pyrenees on the Plantaurel massif and on the D15, 10km from the Mas d'Azil cave, facing south and Mont St Barthélémy. 25 km from St Girons and 35 km from Foix.

Numerous footpaths invite you to take a walk in the heart of the Natura 2000 park, and the Ariège tourist sites are not far away.
