On the left is the bedroom, on the right a corridor runs alongside the bathroom and leads to the living room after 3 steps.

Bathroom :

separate. Under staircase.

Kitchen Living room Sleeping area :

• 35 m2 (5.30 x 6.50m).
• 2 glass doors opening onto south-facing terrace, 3 windows, whitewashed walls and exposed stonework.
• Kitchenette: stainless steel sink and tiled worktop, 4-burner gas stove and oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, pressure cooker, electric coffee maker, 1 table, 4 chairs, sideboard.
• living area: 1 sofa, 2 90cm trundle beds, 1 coffee table, bedside tables, wood-burning stove.

Common spaces

The two gîtes are located one above the other.

The entrance corridor, stairwell and utility room are shared. The shared utility room (on the left) houses the washing machine, ironing facilities, vacuum cleaner, etc.

Outside

300 m2 terrace with pergola, barbecue, wooden table, garden benches and chairs.

A small ornamental garden near the sheep park and close to the buildings.
