In the Médréac countryside, 45 minutes from the sea (Côte d'Emeraude, Saint-Malo and Cancale), 35 minutes from the Brocéliande forest, the Terre compagne gîte sleeps 2 to 5 people. On the first floor, the kitchen-dining room opens onto the garden-terrace. Upstairs, the family room "en suite" (in two parts) can be arranged to suit your needs, with 2, 3, 4 or even 5 beds. The gîte can be rented by the week, weekend or mid-week (Monday to Friday, same rates as weekends). It's a well-equipped 3-star self-catering cottage (washing machine, dishwasher, electric vehicle recharging point, TV, etc.). As for ecology, you'll appreciate the solar hot water, dry toilets, phytodepuration, wood pellet stove, mud walls, ceilings and rendering, lime slab, Ethernet connections as an alternative to Wifi...

How to get here?
Easy access by car or bike via the RD61, we are located 1 km from the village of Médréac on the road to Montauban-de-Bretagne. If you arrive by train (Montauban-de-Bretagne station) or bus (Montauban Place Bischberg stop), we will come and pick you up.

Discover our welcome place and our territory
Terre Compagne
With Yvon, we opened in early 2018 a holliday cottage (4 or 6 people) and 3 B&B rooms (up to 10 people). One room is accessible with a wheelchair. We are located nearby the cycling routes and can also welcome horse riders. B&B : minimum two nights during the summer. Wwoofers welcome ! We farm vegetebles in our garden, fruits in the orchard (giving apple juice and jams), certified as organic farming, on a very small working farm (3 acres).

In the core of Brittany's countryside, in between Brocéliande forest and Channel's "côte d'Emeraude", 30 min from Rennes and from Dinan, easy access by RD61 at 1 mile from Médréac village.
