Élodie, Charly, Lucile, and Cyril—two couples who are friends and have joined forces to run a small-scale, organic farm in Les Écorces, in the Haut-Doubs region. We raise our animals in harmony with nature and share our daily life with anyone who’d like to join us.

We’ve renovated our guesthouse, which sleeps 15, taking care to reuse the materials already in the house so we can offer you an authentic experience!

You’ll be able to enjoy our goat cheese made right here in Les Écorces, as well as our organic eggs!

The Grand Frêne Farm

We are two couples—four partners—at the Ferme du Grand Frêne, which operates several different operations: cows, goats (with cheese production), laying hens, and a farmstay.

All of our products are organically farmed.

My structure

We welcome you to our Comtois farmhouse, which we have completely renovated ourselves.

Upon request, we can provide breakfast featuring delicious local farm products. Everyone will enjoy their privacy in this spacious Comtois-style house nestled in the heart of nature, near the Swiss border.

For nature lovers, there are several hiking and biking trails available. For those interested, we offer a tour of our organic livestock farm.

We look forward to welcoming you to our small hamlet, located just 2 km from the nearest shops!
