The Life of a Château in Our Bed and Breakfast
Here, luxury means space: our guest rooms are at least 20m² and each features a private bathroom and toilet. One room is wheelchair accessible. A large communal living room and a vaulted dining room await you, and on the landing of the majestic stone staircase, there is a superb, well-stocked library. In the castle’s attic, which has been specially converted, lives a unique colony of Greater Horseshoe Bats, monitored by video surveillance.

As an organic vegetable farmer for over 12 years, I’d love to welcome you to the farm to introduce you to this passion of mine and show you the beautiful, more or less hidden corners of the property and its surroundings. Here, everything is done with simplicity and authenticity.
Our eco-responsible and farming commitments
Committed to organic practices from the very beginning, the facility was designed to conserve energy in every way.

Ariges Castle Eco-Reserve
At the heart of the estate stands a 17th-century château that we have completely renovated, combining the charm of historic architecture with modern comforts for my two guest rooms. Surrounded by 30 hectares of meadows, woods, and gardens, with 2 km of riverbank along the Tarn, you’ll find a peaceful yet lively setting where you can relax or enjoy a variety of activities.
Territory description
Located in the Cévennes National Park, right next to Florac-Trois-Rivières and the village of Bedoues, you can explore numerous historic sites and enjoy the unspoiled natural surroundings for hiking, horseback riding, or biking. In the summer, you can enjoy the cool respite provided by the wooded, shaded surroundings; relax in the château, which remains cool thanks to its walls over 1m thick; or take a refreshing dip in the Tarn River, which runs alongside the estate for 2km (private beaches). Numerous activities are available in the immediate vicinity.
On rainy days, our well-stocked library and our wide variety of games will keep you entertained if you’d like to stay on-site; otherwise, you can go to the movie theater or visit the many exhibitions and galleries that are open year-round.
