Toward self-sufficiency in subsistence and organic farming. We are vegans and use local resources with low-tech solutions, such as solar water heaters, dry toilets, and rainwater harvesting. Our lifestyle is as simple as possible, as close as possible to nature and its Creator.

My structure

Permaculture educational farm. We grow organic fruits and vegetables for our 100% plant-based menu, including bread and cookies made with chestnut flour. Located near the Cévennes National Park, a historic hub of the Huguenot resistance. Many outdoor activities: hiking, biking, canoeing, swimming, rock climbing, and more.

Territory description

The Cévennes National Park offers a wide range of outdoor activities: swimming, canoeing, rock climbing, and hiking, horseback riding, biking, or donkey rides.

The Cévennes are steeped in the history of the Huguenot Protestant resistance and the struggles for freedom of conscience. There are many memorial sites and museums.

The Stevenson Trail offers a route that crosses the mountains accompanied by a donkey.
