A place called "the Kitchen" is at your disposal to share with other guests, with a table for 4 people, a sitting area, a kitchen area equipped with 2 hotplates, a microwave oven, a fridge, a sink and everything else you might need for a little vacation cooking. The kitchen is also on the first floor.

Access to the garden is completely free, as is a ping pong and table soccer room a little way off in another building.
