Description

We settled in France in 2002, in the village of Sarzay, with our two children.

Today, our sons are grown up: one lives in Australia, and the other has chosen to return to work on the family farm.

We raise sheep outdoors, following organic farming principles. Alongside livestock farming, we welcome guests in a group gîte and on our small farm campsite.

Our way of working is guided by a search for balance and autonomy. We have chosen a different path from intensive agriculture, without aiming for maximum performance. Instead, we focus on a locally rooted, small-scale approach, with farming choices that reflect our vision of outdoor sheep farming and the realities and character of our region.

The sheep and lambs spend almost the whole year on pasture, managed through rotational (dynamic) grazing. Our daily work takes place close to the animals, with the help of our three sheepdogs.

Welcoming people is an essential part of our project. We enjoy sharing this place with visitors who are looking for peace, nature, and a chance to slow down and step away from the pace of everyday life.
