Description

We are winegrowers and created the Domaine des Dolomies in 2008. We cultivate 5 hectares of AB vines. We produce lively wines, sold directly. We're diversifying our activities to make our farm self-sufficient and adapt to climate change: fruit hedges, mobile henhouse (40 hens), sheep (6). We're also building a large garden. Since 2023, we have been offering 3 self-catering cottages.

Description

We've been farming for nearly 20 years. We created our small farm of around 5ha in the heart of the village of Passenans, a lovely haven of peace and quiet, where we enjoy living. We are organic winegrowers, and for the past 10 years we have been integrating animals (chickens, sheep, horses), which contribute to the life of our soils and the upkeep of our vines. We produce white and red wines with as few inputs as possible (méthode nature). Since 2020, 3 gites have been added to our activities. They are self-contained in the same building as our cellar. We're happy to let you discover our wines, visit our cellars and vineyards, and help look after the animals.

Since 2025, we have been involved in the creation of a village association that has taken over the restaurant next to our farm. This tastefully renovated restaurant offers simple menus based on raw, organic and local produce. La toupie is the name of this new place, full of color and gustatory discoveries. The restaurant's chef will be delighted to share his talents with you, just 2 steps from the gite.
