Description

This micro-farm is managed and run by Aymeric QUIBLIER, who is a beekeeper and harvests berries, plants, mushrooms, birch sap, etc. on his land or in the diversity zone. In partnership with the association Les Amis de brameloup, a biodiversity trail with educational panels (bees, flora and fauna, lichens, mushrooms, etc.) has been created and can be visited by appointment. A producer's store on site sells the farm's various products.

As a beekeeper, I'll show you around the farm and its environment. In addition to tastings, come and discover the products of the farm and the biodiversity zone (honey, birch sap, red fruits, aromatic plants, mushrooms).

Aymeric's approach is in harmony with his environment. I don't propose a tour of large-scale production, but more that of an epicurean who makes the most of what his bees and the farm's environment (plants, mushrooms...) give him. The different harvests are multiplied into various transformations.
