Description
The Bastide has been restored to preserve a rational, aesthetic and authentic living environment, in keeping with the traditional architecture of the Alpes de Haute Provence region. An organic saffron producer, the farm also produces vegetables and fruit for local processing and consumption. A few chickens and rabbits complete the family production. Farm table available on reservation.

After 20 years as a Biotechnology teacher, I set up in organic farming in 2011, growing Saffron and other PPAM. Alongside my production activities, I continue to disseminate and pass on my knowledge in various structures and on the farm.
