La table de Vailhac" is a welcoming place where we take pleasure in sharing the daily pleasures of life in the countryside. All types of guests are welcome (disabled people, families with children, groups...) We invite you to come and share our little pleasures: a relaxing landscape, healthy food, a gentle way of life...

Has been welcoming since 2014.

In a nutshell: 100% of our vegetables, meats, honey, fruit, flours and herbs come from our AB-certified farm (FR BIO 10). Dairy products and oils are purchased from organic farmers in the Velay and Auvergne regions. That's around 98% local and organic.

Only salt, sugar and occasionally almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts …

Only salt, sugar and occasionally almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts and cereals for vegetarians (oat flakes, corn flour...) are bought from an organic wholesaler, with a compromise between: origin (maximum distance: EU), fair trade and price.

Our farm and country inn have been Nature et Progrès certified since 2023.
