At our table d'hôtes, in our dining room, we serve hearty, healthy home cooking, mainly with organic and/or local produce, taking into account any dietary requirements or intolerances (the large market in Saint Girons offers a wide choice of organic vegetable and cheese producers, as well as nearby producers of organic or quality meat...). If wine is requested, it will be organic, from Ariège or neighboring departments.
