Description

I cook family-style, using produce from local producers I know, most of whom are organic like us. I use vegetables from our garden and eggs from our hens as much as possible.

Les Reinières guest rooms

Former goatherds and cheesemakers, we gave up our farm to settle in Les Reinières, with a project for a new home. We now raise Normandy oxen on an island in the Loire, near Ingrandes. We started with 7 steers. They are raised on free-range grass on the 50-hectare island. We've set up a large vegetable garden that will enable us to prepare meals for the table d'hôtes, and Franck is committed to working it with animal traction. We offer three guest rooms, one with private bathroom and toilet.
