Description

A Table, for those who wish! Meals are served in the family dining room.

Meals are served in the air-conditioned dining room. Enjoy traditional cuisine and Anne-Marie's original recipes around the large family table: pescajounes, roast chicken, pumpkin purée, blackberry or raspberry tart, chocolate shortbread, rhubarb meringue...

The menu is different every evening. The poultry comes from the farm, and the vegetables are always in season, picked at the last minute from our large garden. A neighboring organic farmer-baker supplies the bread, and the wine is Marcillac.

At breakfast, our many "Douceurs de Fruits" (blackberry, rhubarb, rosehip berry, pear, chestnut, raspberry...) take pride of place.

From May 1st to October 31st, no meals on Sunday evenings.

Territory description

Between the Aveyron and Lot valleys. - 20 km from Decazeville. - 20 km from Belcastel. - 25 km from Conques. - 30 km from Villefranche-de-Rouergue. - 35 km from Figeac. - 40 km from Rodez.

At the foot of the small limestone plateau of Bournazel-Roussennac flows the "Bouysses" stream which, through the steep valley, leads to the Decazeville coalfield. Lestrunie clings to the slope of this valley, the boundary between the highly agricultural environment of the Ségala and a region of smaller farms, where multi-skilled farmers also worked in the coal mines.A whole history.
