Our vegetables are grown using organic permaculture methods, and our eggs come from our own hens or from a nearby organic farm.
Dried vegetables, charcuterie and cheeses (goat, cow and sheep) are also sourced from local organic farms.
Menus vary according to season and harvest!
Reservations required on Friday evenings and Sunday evenings 48 hours in advance.
