Description

we grow old varieties of wheat (Touzelle, blé meunier d'Apt, saissette de Provence) endemic to the PACA region.

These ancient wheats have not undergone any transformation of their initial characteristics, and retain their original nutritional and taste qualities.

With a gluten that can be easily assimilated because it has not been modified by industry, these flours are easy to digest, enabling people with sensitive intestines to rediscover the pleasure of cooking and enjoying a flour that is both tasty and lively to use.

All our sweet and savoury preparations, as well as our sourdough bread (homemade, of course!), are made with our flours, ground in our small stone mill.

6 Villardes cows and their calves, 2 truffle Comtoises fillies, farmyard, vine, olive-trees, oaks, kitchen garden + honey, jams and homemade bread to feed our table hosts rebukes (meal and hearty breakfasts). Territory description

to 17 km of Forcalquier and 25 km of Sisteron, at the bottom of the Mountain of Lure, our organic farm is coiled in a 20 ha campaign with shelter of the glances. To 1.5 km of the village of Cruis on D16 in the direction of Montlaux, you will have that 200m way to be traversed with leaving the road to discover our small paradise (dixit our first customers!!).
