GAEC LA SALORGE DE LA VERTONNE
Among the 3 salt marshes on the Ile d'Olonne, we have been salt producers since 2005 on the marais aux fèves. Abandoned in 1965, this marsh now boasts around fifty restored salt pans. Every year, we produce coarse salt, fleur de sel and salicorne. The site is open to visitors all year round, and from April to September we offer farm visits in the form of "discussed walks".
