Description
Organic mountain wine and charcuterie from free-range Mangalitza pigs.
On one hectare of vines, we produce organic, natural wines; small vintages of grape varieties from the Alpine arc. Tasting and sales at the farm. The vineyard is located below the farm, nestled at the foot of the mountains, at an altitude of 800m.
Our small Mangalitza pig farm is located in large plots of undergrowth near the farm. Our "mouchons" or woolly pigs, with their big ears and beautiful curls, are just too much fun to watch. The charcuterie, produced in small quantities, preserves all the flavor of the meat from these pigs, which are renowned among chefs and lovers of good things! The pigs eat our own organic cereals.
