Description

Aubrac organic beef, eggs.

We produce organic Aubrac beef and sell it in boxes.

Each box contains :

Filet, Faux-filet, Steaks, Ribs, Entrecôte, Rosbifs

Pot au feu, Shank, Braised, Bourguignon.

Liver, heart, kidneys, tongue and cheeks on request.

Total weight approx. 10 kg.

It's also possible to order a half-box, but the 10 kg box allows you to have all the pieces.

Meat is vacuum-packed in labeled bags.


Processed products: Mijoté , Terrine, Beef tripe.


Eggs: our hens are fed organic cereals and raised in the open air.

A gîte that can be adapted for either 4 people (mountain gîte) or 6 people (south-facing gîte). Spacious and comfortable, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, living room, television. Swimming pool. Roulotte with bathroom, private WC. Kitchen. AB farm since 1985. Farmers retired, taken over by our son, a farmer-craftsman. Small herd of Aubrac suckler cows. Market gardening. Chickens. Small store selling farm produce (vegetables, eggs, meat).
