Additional information

This activity takes 2 forms:

for large groups (classes, leisure centers, etc.), rotating workshops enable visitors to spend time with each species. A guide booklet enables supervisors to lead the visit. Isabelle or Soizick are in charge of at least 2 workshops and reception.
Small groups (institutions, groups of nursery assistants, EPHAD, etc.) are accompanied by the farmer throughout the tour. During the school vacations, a number of dates are available and open to families (by reservation only).

The biaù chemin des Landes farm is run by 2 partners, Soizick and Pierre-Emilien. The main activity is the production of organic cow's milk. To this is added a small pig workshop and crops.

A few years ago, Isabelle, a former partner, set up a reception activity, under the label ACCUEIL PAYSAN. In response to the desire to continue this activity, Isabelle has taken on a salaried position.

The farm is about 5 km from the town of Nort sur Erdre and its railway station. The Nantes-Brest canal is 6 km away.

At La ferme du biaù chemin, we're lucky enough to be home to a variety of animals: cows, pigs, donkeys, sheep, goats, chickens... With all your senses alert, a 2-hour activity lets you observe them, touch them, feed them and play with them.

It's often Isabelle who accompanies this activity. A former primary school teacher and activity leader, she is keen to offer as many discoveries as possible, while respecting everyone's pace and abilities.

Groups must provide sufficient, appropriate supervision to lead the visit.
