Activity description
In the heart of the Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park, we offer half-day or full-day walks accompanied by a pack donkey on a lead, with a picnic lunch from your backpack.
We’ll prepare the donkey, saddle it, and then set off together on a walk around Bertignat.
The hikes are led by a member of our association, as we are very attentive to the well-being of our animals, whom we know very well. Our donkeys are rescues; thanks to our work with them and their resilience, they are now able to participate in various activities.
The hikes are tailored to each person’s walking ability; our routes range from 3.5 to 13 km.
For younger children, there’s a fun workshop available on-site and around the house.
This time with the donkeys will include plenty of cuddles and scratches… Our big-eared friends—Océane, Calinette, Bourriquet, Chipie, Bout’chou, and Ebony—love it.
