Our little corner of paradise in the heart of nature, with the roulotte as its cocoon, is just the place for you.

The perfect place to disconnect from your daily routine and enjoy a few days out of time.

Relax on the deckchairs in the shade of the walnut trees, or drive a few kilometers to visit the nearby lakes,

the Méouge gorges, the cliffs of Orpierre and try out the charming restaurants in the area, which will delight you with their local, seasonal cuisine.

Treat yourself to an unforgettable break - you won't regret it!

We chose to have our caravan made by a local craftsman, then fitted it out ourselves.

It is not connected to any public network.

It's equipped with 12-volt lighting and a USB socket for recharging cell phones and tablets, powered by a solar panel. No 220 v available!

Water comes from our spring and is heated by a solar system.

Waste water is recycled via a phytodepuration system. Please use only biodegradable products!

How to get here?

Our location is easy to find with an up-to-date GPS. However, if yours takes you up to the village, don't follow it!

The path to the farm starts directly on the D994.

If you're coming from Nyons, 4.5 km after Moydans, the Chemin d'Arboudeysse will be on your left at the level of a fully enclosed beige solar shed.

If you're coming from Serres, you'll need to travel a further 15 km. You'll see 2 access roads to the village of Ribeyret - don't take them! Our path is on the right 350 m after the 2nd road.

In both cases, follow the tarmac road for 400 m to reach the parking lot below the roulotte.

Discover our welcome place and our territory

La Ferme des églantiers

Our need for nature and space led us to Ribeyret, a small village in the Hautes-Alpes bordered to the south by the Eygues, a charming river that runs through the department, and to the north by the Maraysse mountain, culminating at 1500 m and the pride of the village by its imposing presence.

We found just what we were looking for: a warm welcome from the villagers, both locals and neo-rurals like ourselves, a feeling of freedom with a 360° view of nature, the incredible diversity of flora and fauna, the chance to observe a multitude of stars and planets in a clear sky, and the joy of exercising our respective passions...

Territory description

Our farm is located outside the village of Ribeyret, in the west of the Hautes-Alpes département at an altitude of 877 m, in the heart of the Parc des Baronnies Provençales. The towns of Sisteron, Gap and Nyons are less than an hour away.

You'll love our landscapes between Provence and the mountains. In addition to a wide range of hiking, cycling and horse-riding trails, there are many pleasant lakes to cool off in the middle of summer.

Cultural visits are also offered in the surrounding villages, such as the Prieuré de Saint-André de Rosans, the Tour Carrée in Rosans, a stroll through the medieval streets of Serres, treasure hunts in 3 surrounding villages...

Some lively gourmet night markets will also brighten up your evenings.

In case of rain, you can visit the Estanco car and motorcycle museum in Serres, the railway workers' museum in Veynes, the Citadelle in Sisteron, or sample local cuisine in the inns and restaurants of neighboring villages.
