Gîte "La maison d'en haut" du Hameau de Villauret

The gîte "La maison d'en Haut" is an old stone stable, simply renovated, (which is a bit like our mountain refuge), situated on the heights of our little hamlet, it offers a view of the surrounding mountains, the Col de Villauret... and a superb panorama for stargazing. For a truly peaceful, natural vacation!

Located 150 meters from the farmhouse and parking area, it can be reached by car (some cars don't go up) and/or on foot, and a shortened path is also available from the farmhouse.

We can take your luggage up on the day of your arrival and bring it down on your departure by 4X4.

"La Maison d'en Haut" offers a large private outdoor space, shade and sun;

Ground floor: dining room, kitchenette and covered terrace,

Upstairs: 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms / wc.

The "Aujour" bedroom sleeps 3: 2 single beds (90cm) and a single bed (90cm) on the mezzanine.

The "Clausonnette" room for 2/4 people: 2 90cm bunk beds and a convertible bed.

The "Col de Villauret" room for 3 people: 1 140cm bed and a 90cm mezzanine bed.

The "Oule" room for 3 people: 1 bed in 90 and 2 beds in 90 on a mezzanine of 9 m2 for which access is on 4 legs by a ladder miller.

Not suitable for people with mobility problems!

• Shared outdoor space with children's play area (trampoline, swing, badminton net), under the responsibility of parents and the benevolence of all.
• Pony breeding on site,
• Table d'hôtes by reservation (local and/or organic produce),
• Numerous walks and hikes starting from the hamlet GR94, boucle de Clausonne, Lac de Peyssier, Col de Villauret....
• Small stream on site, Gorges du Gouravour (4kms), small waterhole (1km)....
