Summer pastures

In a bucolic setting, surrounded by nature, we offer two gîtes, adjoining our home, each with its own entrance, as well as a guest room under the roof.

L'Estive is a gîte for two people. It has a private terrace with table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue, ideal for enjoying the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside.

L'Alpage can accommodate up to four people. It offers a relaxing outdoor space, in the same spirit as L'Estive.

The garden is yours to share and is bursting with flavors: homemade jams and honey, fruit from our trees (apple, pear, peach, cherry, quince and fig). A cot is also available.

At an altitude of 700 m, it's not unusual to come across roe deer or wild boar on our route, to hear the owl at dusk or to observe bats at twilight.

Our house is located 15 minutes from Serres and Laragne, 20 km from Sisteron and 50 km from Nyons. A restaurant-bar and bread shop are just 10 minutes away.

Numerous hiking and cycling trails pass in the immediate vicinity of the house. The nearby rivers - the Blaisance and the Buëch - will delight fishing enthusiasts, as will the Rosans, Riou and Germanette lakes, which also offer activities for children.

Market-goers will appreciate Laragne's beautiful Provencal market on Thursday mornings. Curious heritage lovers can visit the citadel at Sisteron, the priory of Saint-André at Rosans or the famous "dinosaur eggs".

On rainy days, the Dévoluy aquatic center offers relaxation with sauna, hammam and bubble baths. The Moydans observatory welcomes astronomy enthusiasts for evenings under the stars.

For thrill-seekers, the via ferrata and cliffs of Orpierre and Dévoluy, the Chabre hang-gliding site and the downhill bike trails are sure to please.

And for lovers of peace and quiet, there's also the option of relaxing walks or simply relaxing on site: the setting lends itself perfectly to this, without even having to travel.
