After 20 years as a Biotechnology teacher, I set up in organic farming in 2011, growing Saffron and other PPAM. Alongside my production activities, I continue to disseminate and pass on my knowledge in various structures and on the farm.

15 km from Digne Les Bains, take the D17 to Mallemoisson and discover this protected valley on the road of time, with its changing landscapes, welcoming villages and people steeped in rural traditions.
