The Tiny Kiwi

Here are the terms and conditions for staying at La Tiny Kiwi:

Reservation

We need your contact details at the time of booking.

Payment

Before your arrival, we will send you an invoice by email so that you can pay by bank transfer, or when you arrive by check or cash.

We do not accept vacation vouchers.

Arrival and departure

La Tiny Kiwi is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. We ask guests to leave La Tiny Kiwi before 11am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed and confirmed.

During your stay

In order to preserve the wooden floor, and like any self-respecting Kiwi, please remove your shoes inside La Tiny Kiwi. We also ask you to wash your dishes, and leave La Tiny Kiwi in the same condition as you found it.

If possible, use the natural products supplied with La Tiny House, as we have a plant-based drainage system that is not connected to sewage treatment plants. Filtered water is returned to nature. With too many products, plants can die.

Smokers

Smoking is not permitted in La Tiny Kiwi. You can smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts only in the ashtray provided.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours will be refunded in full if paid in advance, and you will not be required to make any payment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded if paid in advance, or the first night must be paid.

Prices

All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include tourist tax, which must be paid at the time of final payment. Prices are subject to change without notice; we reserve the right to modify your rate in case of error. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained online, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and we reserve the right to amend, supplement or cancel the information presented online at any time.

Single customers

The price of a stay in La Tiny Kiwi is a flat rate and not per person.

Maximum occupancy

La Tiny Kiwi can only accommodate a maximum of four people.

Breakfast options

If you choose one of the breakfast options, you can choose the time at which it will be brought to you at La Tiny Kiwi. The time can be agreed up to 10pm the night before. Breakfast can still be booked up to noon the day before if not made at the time of booking. We must be informed of any food allergies at the time of booking.

Children

Parents are responsible for their children and must be accompanied at all times. Le Boulay is a working farm with some dangerous areas around the property, such as an unprotected pond, animals, the open barn with sharp tools, tractors, and some old ruins that could fall further if played with.

Dogs and other animals

We can accommodate well-behaved animals on the Boulay property but not inside La Tiny Kiwi. This is by request only and we must be informed at the time of booking.

There are pets at Le Boulay, and we kindly ask you to respect our little friends and especially not to feed them as they all follow a strict diet for their health.

Some animals roam freely, so please keep up the pace!

Parties and events

We are unable to host parties or events at La Tiny Kiwi.

Damage

In the event of damage to La Tiny Kiwi or any items provided in connection with your stay, charges may be added based on the cost of repair or replacement. Please ensure that your liability insurance is up to date to cover these costs if necessary.

Parking

Parking is available on the Boulay property. Vehicles and contents are left entirely at the owner's risk.

Special requirements and requests

Prior to your arrival, please inform Le Boulay of any special dietary requirements, mobility problems or other needs you may have. While every effort will be made to accommodate your requests, unfortunately we cannot guarantee them and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract. Please note that La Tiny Kiwi is not accessible to people with reduced mobility as there are stairs to enter through the main door, to access the bedroom and space is limited inside the Tiny House.

Complaints or comments

Any complaints or comments regarding a stay should be made in the first instance at the time of your stay so that every reasonable effort can be made to resolve the situation at that time. Problems that cannot be resolved on site and at the time of your stay should be notified to us in writing.lez do your washing up, and leave the Tiny Kiwi as you found it on arrival.
