GITE des 4 PREFETS
You'll appreciate the comfort of our 80 m2, south-facing gîte. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. 2 bedrooms, one with a 190cm bed and wardrobe, the other with 2 90cm beds and the possibility of an extra bed with closet. The living-dining room opens onto a west-facing terrace, offering an unobstructed view of meadows and sublime sunsets. The bathroom has an Italian-style shower and 2 washbasins. Bed linen and towels are provided. A garage has a ping pong table, dart board, archery ... The gîte adjoining our home is totally independent: garage and accommodation entrances. The fruit orchard stretches out in front. There's also a vegetable garden, making it easy to fish for predators on site.

Located at the gateway to Anjou and in the center of the Marches de Bretagne, our catchment area is a mix of terroirs, acculturated from Brittany and the French zone.
