Our cottage is located in the hills of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, offering panoramic views of the Montagne Noire, the Plaine Castraise, and the Ariège Pyrenees.

We have completely renovated the old barn into a home using high-quality materials: wood, ceramic, lime plaster…

This house features a ground floor with a large living room, a kitchen open to the dining room, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

For the winter, a hydro-powered pellet stove heats radiators in every room.

For hot weather, air conditioning has been installed upstairs.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms

-a large 30-square-meter bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.

-a 12-square-meter bedroom with a double bed

-a 15-square-meter bedroom with a double bed and access to the outdoors. And a small adjoining room that can serve as a small office or a child’s bedroom.

We are a 5-minute drive from the village of Puylaurens, where you’ll find shops, a doctor’s office, a tourist information center, a swimming pool, and more…
