BASSOULS

Previously a small organic farm, the link has remained in everyday practical life. Now retired, I continue to tend my garden, collecting apples, walnuts, chestnuts and wild plants. In addition, my daughter produces organic vegetables and eggs and lives in the valley, while my son-in-law produces organic trout on Lac de Villefort. 2 gîtes are available for 2 (3) or 4 (5) people. Very pleasant and comfortable

Territory description

In the High Cevennes, 10 minutes from Villefort (Lozère), 20 minutes from Génolhac (Gard) and Les Vans (Ardèche), the hamlet of Bassouls (2.5km from the D901) 680 m alt, sunny all day long, faces Mont Lozère and overlooks the Cèze valley. It's a peaceful spot surrounded by chestnut groves and meadows, ideal for relaxing.
