Quiet cottage at the end of a small lane, suitable for a couple and an extra person.
Our cottage is really quiet, at the end of a dead-end road, the first neighbors are far from a good field, there is no vis a vis.
The garden is filled with fruit trees and flowers, bordered by fields where you may see our cows. A sunken footpath borders the property at the entrance, but is little used.

We've been welcoming travelers to our little gite since 2020, and have gradually improved its comfort (changing the bedding, the dishwasher and then the fridge, refurbishing the bathroom....) to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
I try to be present for your arrival to have a moment of exchange …
Our eco-responsible and farming commitments
As far as possible, we try to maintain a consistent approach to our business, our day-to-day activities and our proposals for the maisonette.
Investments are limited for the moment, but electricity production and water management are among the projects on hold.
As an organic producer, we process and sell in short circuits, so we are also consumers in short circuits... we heat our homes with wood from our hedges (the trees that fell before the storms are more than enough), we reuse, repair or buy second-hand as a matter of priority, which goes hand-in-hand with composting, recycling...

upstairs, the attic bedroom has a 2-person bed (140/190), a single bed (90/190), a small chest of drawers and a small closet (where the ironing board, iron and fan are stored).
At the entrance to the house, a small wooden terrace receives the afternoon sun, and at the back of the house, a small stone terrace receives the morning sun.

The access road to the cottage is on the D 122b, the road linking the communes of Litteau and Cormolain, in the middle of the area known as "Promenant". Contact us if necessary, depending on where you're coming from.

My structure
A little cottage at the end of a small road, here you'll find peace and quiet.
There's a shady garden full of flowers, a few fruit trees to help yourself (cherries, plums, raspberries, apples and soon grapes) and a few cows wandering in the fields around the cottage.
There's a small terrace with a barbecue, or a sofa and wood-burning stove for cooler days, a real kitchen for your taste buds, and a bathroom with a bathtub for relaxing.
A wifi connection is available if required.
Territory description
There's no shortage of walking and hiking trails around the maisonnette, and the forest and fishing ponds are all within a 5 km radius. all in the varied landscape of the Bessin region, with its beautiful hedges and gentle, yet present, relief.
as you go further afield, you'll find castles, abbeys and museums, then Bayeux and its tapestry, and the landing beaches less than an hour away by car.
