South Morbihan, very pleasant climate, 20 minutes from the sea, 30 minutes from the Morbihan golf course, 7 minutes from the voie verte. 3km from the center of Questembert, 500m from the D1 (towards La Roche-Bernard), very dynamic town of 7500 inhabitants with all services (weekly markets in medieval halls, producers' stores, cinema, SNCF train station, swimming pool, media library...).
