GAEC de Millepertuis

We work on a 50-hectare farm of natural meadows with 20 organic cows, processing the milk into SAINT NECTAIRE cheeses. Weekend milk is collected by BIOLAIT. The gîte is set in a small renovated 19th-century house (sleeps 10), at the end of the road, in peaceful surroundings at the foot of the Sancy mountains, 50 m from the farm. Ideal environment for rest and relaxation! Where the road ends, the path begins....

Territory description

The gîte is located in the Auvergne Massif du Sancy at an altitude of 1150 m, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, less than 1 km from the Chastreix Sancy National Nature Reserve. The towns of La Bourboule, Le Mont-Dore and Besse are less than half an hour's drive away. For organic meals, there is a farmers' store in Besse (all year round) and a farmers' market in La Bourboule (Tuesday mornings from June to September).
