Véronique and Olivier Le Gars have been welcoming guests to our inn and gîtes for 27 years.
We are the 4th generation to offer this kind of hospitality in our village in the Pilat massif.
We are partners with Laurent, our brother-in-law, on the farm where we produce milk, yoghurts …

Discover our welcome place and our territory
Linossier Farm Inn
Since the end of the 19th century, our family has been perpetuating the multi-activity of the mountains. In 1975, Pierre and Thérèse were the forerunners: they supplemented the inn and farm activities with B&Bs and self-catering cottages. Since 1998, Olivier and Véronique have taken over this activity, which enables them to live and work in the village. On our farm, with our partner and employees, we produce milk, yoghurts, cheeses and charcuterie.
Territory description
Burdignes (altitude between 500 and 1380 m) is located in the Pilat regional nature park, in the south of the Loire department, on the border with the Ardèche and Haute Loire, 30 km from St Etienne. Our commune is rich in mid-mountain agricultural activity, with around twenty farms, a school and numerous dynamic associations.
