Description

Former house located in the heart of the Lower Chablais region, 5 k from Lake Geneva, 12 km from Thonon, 20 km from Evian, close to the Swiss border (Geneva 20 km away).

The Gite can accommodate 5 to 7 people in an area of around 100 m². It comprises 4 spacious rooms on two levels (heated by wood pellet stove). Equipped kitchen, small fenced garden, pets welcome. Wifi free of charge.

Sleeping accommodation: 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with 3 single beds and a sofa bed in the living room.

Ground floor shower room with walk-in shower.

Adjacent to the gite, the family farm produces a variety of organically grown cereals and pulses (lentils).

The cereals are transformed into bread flour at the farm's mill. A wood-fired bakery is also located on the property, as is a small store selling organic produce from the farm and various local producers.

A tour of the farm is available on request.
