Collective organic farm on a former "archaeo-industrial" site. Lamb and chicken rearing, eggs, market gardening, grocery store, donkey rental: 2 campsites, shaded area, 1 "stage" hut, 4 "lodge" tents, 1 2/3-person gîte with private garden. Country table. Territory description

On the Gironde estuary, on the La Rochelle-Bordeaux axis (right bank). 30km from Saintes and Royan (SNCF train station). 20 minutes by car from the beaches (Meschers). Picturesque estuary port.
