Cosy room, good "coloc'" atmosphere

La Zatypie is nestled in a wild valley, yet very close to a small town (Lodève), between the Larzac mountains and the Lac du Salagou.

La Zatypie was originally set up as an experimental centre focusing on neurodiversity (special brains: ADHD, HPI, Dys, Autism...) and ecology. Today, in the house, the first floor is dedicated to personal living, but also to convivial moments (screenings, parties, music...).

And the 1st floor, with its three bedrooms, is a place for temporary stays... of varying lengths!

Here, we love projects, so we're delighted to welcome social, professional, family and geographical transitions. No tourist fuss: here, the atmosphere is one of informal sharing, a "roommate" atmosphere for all generations, and flexible organization.

Outside, you can explore the henhouse, the pond, the fruit trees, the apiary and the forest... as well as the surroundings of this magnificent valley.

The blue room has a double bed and private shower room.

Sheets, comforters and towels are made from organic cotton, paints are eco-friendly and furniture is made from wood as much as possible. Hot water is supplied by photovoltaic solar panels or a thermodynamic tank. Wastewater is treated by a phytodepuration system.
