Accessed via a separate door, the first floor comprises 3 bedrooms and a shared kitchen-living room under the roofs.
Sheets, comforters and towels are made from organic cotton, paints are eco-friendly and furniture is made from wood as much as possible. In a shared bathroom, each room has its own shower. Hot water is supplied by photovoltaic solar panels or a thermodynamic tank. Wastewater is treated by a plant purification system.
