Discover our welcome place and our territory

Ferme des Grillons

Laurence, retired, welcomes you in 3 comfortable guest rooms, each with its own private bathroom. A history buff with a thorough knowledge of the area, she will be happy to advise you on your choice of visits and activities. Her brother Gilles raises poultry. Breakfast is made with local produce.

Territory description

Our farm is located in the Loire Valley, between the Loire and Cisse rivers, in the middle of fields and not far from the village of Limeray. By bike, access via the N°20 loop coming from Loir et Cher or via the Limeray or Amboise (6km) stations, gateway to "la Loire à vélo" (train+bike formula). The GR3 passes over the hillside 1km away. Tours and Blois are an equal 30-minute drive away. All the châteaux and sites in the Loire Valley can be visited in a day.
