Miel à la Propolis
The propolis means " entrance of the city " to former(old) Greek. This name makes a reference to its role of protection in the hive. Collected by bees on certain buds of trees as the fir tree, the birch or still the poplar, the propolis protects the hive of germs by acting as a real natural disinfectant for bees.
THE BENEFICE OF THE PROPOLIS
The propolis is ideal to warn or cure throat pains, free respiratory tracts. She is effective for aphtes.

We are hosts ( 3 holiday cottages(shelters)) and beekeepers in organic farming ( 250 hives). We have poultry (hens and gooses), sheeps(muttons) and fruiterers (apples, raspberries) and a kitchen garden it permaculture. Our holiday cottages(shelters) have a capacity respectively of 4, 7 and 11 people, equipped any comfort with a style " creusois " stone-filler and wood, a ward is at the disposal of our hosts. We organize every summer Wednesday evening of the months, a friendly and participative evening with our hosts or each finds itself to discuss and get to know each other better, a real success. Of our holiday cottages(shelters) leave hiking trails. Catherine is my spouses collaborator and I leader(head) of exploitation(operation), we produce exclusively some honey stemming from our hives and assure(insure) the transformation(processing): Gingerbread, nougat, candies and other products of the hive. We are certified in organic farming. Every week is punctuated by a visit of our exploitation (miellerie) and for the bravest .. by a visit of apiaries (with combination), once again, a real success.

Nous organisons chaque mercredi soir des mois d'été, une soirée conviviale et participative avec nos hôtes ou chacun se retrouve pour débattre et faire plus ample connaissance.
Chaque semaine est ponctuée par une visite de notre exploitation (miellerie) et pour les plus vaillants.. par une visite de ruchers (avec combinaison).
