Paysan, président coopérative viticole Al Sanabel, mécanicien (matériel agricole). Raed parle un français courant. Production sur 2 ha de raisins (pour du raisin de table, jus de raisin), autres fruits (prunes, abricots, pommes, olives). Agriculture paysanne. Dans une partie de la maison, accès indépendant à 3 chambres (6 personnes), sdb commune, wc commun, possibilité de cuisiner sur place.

Chantiers participatifs : cueillette des olives (autour du 15 octobre, réserver), des raisins (entre le 20 juillet et le 15 octobre). Fête annuelle du raisin autour du 10-20 septembre. Visite possible de la ferme et de la coopérative.
