En tant qu'actrice rurale, Marie-Annette enseigne le yoga, organise des stages, cultive le potager, fabrique les confitures du petit déjeuner et cuisine plutôt végétarien... La maison vous accueille en chambres paysannes avec un mini coin cuisine ds le séjour commun, à disposition le soir. La vie agricole se limite maintenant à la culture des noyers. L'ancien séchoir à tabac est devenu "salle de yoga". L'écologie est présente dans le traitement des eaux usées, le potager en bio, certains matériaux de rénovation, etc. La structure est également disponible en formule gîte autonome.
